Let’s talk about your shop
Dukkan Bill is web-based billing and business management software for Indian shops and trading businesses. It brings sales invoices, POS billing, purchases, stock, customer accounts, expenses and reports into one workspace.
Kirana and grocery shops, supermarkets, retail outlets, dairy shops, garment stores, electronics shops, hardware stores, wholesalers and other trading businesses can explore Dukkan Bill. Ask for a demo to verify any industry-specific needs.
Yes. Create invoices with item tax details, keep customer and supplier accounts, record payments and review outstanding balances. Set up your business and tax details before billing.
Yes. Staff roles include salesmen, delivery staff, stock managers and partners. Access depends on the assigned role, and staff seats depend on your subscription.
Yes. You can use the web application from a browser on your phone or computer, and there is a mobile app for billing, stock and reports on the go (the same data as the web, secured by your login). An internet connection is required. Ask for a demonstration on the devices and printers you plan to use.
Make sales invoices, quotations and purchases, collect payments, check stock by warehouse, move stock between warehouses, take a stock count, and read reports and Store Pulse. The app works with the same stores, warehouses and invoice series as the web.
Yes. Stores and warehouses sit inside one company, so items, parties, accounts and reports are shared and managed from one login. The owner sees every store; each store manager sees only his own. Bills, stock and staff still know which store they belong to.
Yes. A company can have several stores. Every store has its own warehouses, staff and, if you want, its own invoice numbering. You can also keep more than one company under the same mobile number, each with its own books and plan.
A store is a place of business, like your main shop or a branch. A warehouse is a godown, shop floor or van inside a store, and a store can have as many warehouses as it needs without paying extra. Every warehouse has its own stock, minimum levels and low stock alerts.
Yes. Give a store its own prefix, for example CS- for the City shop, and its bills are numbered CS-1, CS-2 and so on, separate from the main series. Sales invoices, quotations and purchases can each have a prefix per store. Stores without a prefix share the company series. The store name and address can also print on the invoice.
Yes. When you make a bill you choose the store and warehouse. Sales take stock out of that warehouse, purchases put it in, returns go back to the warehouse of the invoice, and edits or deletes correct the same warehouse. You can stop a sale when the warehouse does not hold enough.
Yes. Send stock from one warehouse to another, inside a store or from one store to another. The sender gives it up at once and the receiver confirms when it arrives. Every stock in, stock out, count and transfer is written to a movement log with who did it.
Yes. Tie a salesman, delivery person or stock manager to one store or one warehouse. They bill and see stock only there, and see only that store's bills and reports. The owner and manager see all stores and can filter sales, purchases and reports by store.
Pricing depends on your current plan, subscription period and staff seats. Contact the team for current pricing and a walkthrough of the setup you need. The team can explain the available features and help you choose a suitable plan.
