Multi-store billing software for shops and branches
One company, many stores, one management. Every bill knows its store and warehouse, every store can have its own invoice numbers, and you see the whole business from one login.
Multi-store billing
One company. Every store.
Create a store for the main shop, each branch and each showroom. Items, parties, accounts and reports stay shared, so there is one set of books and one owner login, while each store works on its own bills and stock.
- A company holds any number of stores, and a store holds any number of warehouses
- The Main store is always there; add more stores as the business grows
- Keep more than one company under the same mobile number, each with its own books and plan
- Switch a store off when a branch closes; its figures and history stay
Store-wise invoice series
Give a store its own prefix and it is numbered by itself: CS-1, CS-2 for the City shop while the Main store continues INV-1, INV-2. Sales invoices, quotations and purchases can each have a prefix per store. Stores without a prefix share the company series, and two stores cannot use the same prefix.
- Choose the store and warehouse on every sales invoice, quotation, purchase and return
- The next number of the chosen store appears on the form as soon as you pick it
- The store name and its own address print on the invoice
- Keep the prefix and number short: the GST rules limit an invoice number to 16 characters (check the current rule with your accountant)
Stock follows the bill
A sale takes stock out of the warehouse you billed from; a purchase puts it into the warehouse you chose; a return goes back to the warehouse of the invoice. Edits and deletes correct the same warehouse, and you can refuse a sale when that warehouse does not hold enough.
- POS billing and the retail counter have store and warehouse selectors in the top bar
- The item picker shows the stock of the warehouse you are billing from
- Purchase orders are made for a store and received into one of its warehouses
The right people see the right store
Tie a salesman, delivery person or stock manager to one store or one warehouse. They bill and see stock only there, and they see only that store’s bills and reports. The owner and manager see every store and can filter by store.
- Sales, purchase and quotation lists, sales summary and bill-wise profit have a store filter
- Reports and Store Pulse can be read store by store
- The same filters work in the mobile app
Who it is for
A kirana owner who opened a second shop, a wholesaler with a godown and a counter, a garment store with branches in two cities, a distributor with vans. If you keep asking “which shop sold this” or “where is that stock”, this is for you.
Do I pay extra for every warehouse?
No. A plan counts stores, not warehouses. A store can hold many warehouses at no extra charge. Extra stores are added to the plan and charged for the days left in it.
Can two stores use the same invoice numbers?
Only if they share the company series. A store with its own prefix has its own numbers, so CS-1 and INV-1 can both exist. Two stores cannot use the same prefix.
What happens to bills made before I added stores?
They stay in the Main store and the Main warehouse, with their numbers unchanged. Nothing has to be re-entered.
Can a branch manager see the other shops?
No. A person tied to a store sees only that store’s bills, stock and reports. The owner and manager see everything.
